At Chang Chun Guan

At Houlou

It's almost impossible to find someone that is as skilful as the shifu flying kites here. He fly the kite so high~

At Houcaller

Day 28
We had our outing in the morning. The first one is Chang Chun Guan 长春观, the other Hong Lou 红楼.

Chang Chun Kuan is a Taoist temple. We can see statues and cravings in the temple. It is a great fascination to see man in long hair and tied up like those people that can only be found in Jin Yong’s novel. The place is so beautiful. It is rather old but it seems to be conserved quite well.
Next is Hong Lou, a military place where China’s revolution started in. before we enter Hong Lou, we saw an uncle who is flying kite. He flies the kite slowly and steadily and I gasped when I saw the height of the kite. WOW. Anyway, we went into the museum and we had a tour guide explaining each and every of the important rooms in the museum.

We finally went to KTV after the outing. Lizhen is a great singer. Her sweet voice sang most of the S.H.E songs and of course, she sang other songs and entertained us greatly. We had our Carmen and Kiafu singing Wuding (Rooftop) by Jacky Wu and Wendy. They sang it quite well after considering it is their first time to duet. The KTV fee is rather cheap, considering 10 people in the room; we only spend about RMB9.60 for 3 hours, so people in Singapore who like to go KTV can start to jealous us now. :D

Today is fun and splendid until we went to Hao Ke Lai for dinner. The food is pretty disappointing as I ordered Black Pepper Chicken Steak set, Pearl Milk Tea and Mango Pudding. The 2nd piece of Black Pepper Chicken is not fully cooked and the Pearl Milk Tea tasted like Coffee with milk powder. When I drank Pearl Milk tea, I almost I want to throw it out. It tasted disgusting. As for the Mango pudding, the server ordered us Orange Juice initially. After we confirmed that she ordered wrongly, we ask for a change and they said only hot mango pudding available as for now. We are ‘fine’ with it until it serve us watery mango pudding. I was shocked to see my pudding becoming milk shake. ARGH. I swear I am not going to Hao Ke Lai again.
Later we went back to the hostel to discuss our strategy for Kuanwee and Jianwen’s birthday. We often sidetracked. But oh well, we make up to PLAN A &PLAN B

Plan A: We wake up at 5am sharp and start to prepare the birthday bash. We shall make sure that both KW and JW in same room. And we surprise them when they just woke up. Take all their ‘blur’ looks.

Plan B: We hide in Kiafu’s apartment and when they come back, we all sing their Birthday’s song and present their birthday’s gift.
I hoped the plans will work well.

Tired tired tired.
Morning we had lesson for about 3 hours straight for Project Management.
My body and soul seemed to be very tired. Topic 8 and 9 are very dry topics and makes me wanted to meet Uncle Zhou even more. I am not sure what happen to my body but napped at around 2pm and woke up rather late at 8pm.
I heard that Kiafu and Xiujin they all are flying kites in the field while I am deeply asleep. I’m glad that they having fun.
YAWN.
My days are deal with sleeping for now.

CHICKS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN CHINA!!

Day 26
We went out to Simen Kou, Hu bu xiang for some food. I ate the barbequed scallop with garlic, the heaven creation to the earth, and Bing Tang Hu Lu, fruit glazed with honey. This time, I choose the strawberry flavour, as recommended by Bernice after I tested on Xiujin’s. It tasted awfully sweet and juicy. I don’t regret to buy it at all. I hoped that I can bring it back to Singapore and let my family to have a try it.

We went shopping for 2 hours and we met Xiujin they all in the neoprint shop in one of the shopping mall in Si Men Kou.

Baohui and Carmen bought shoes from a DIY shop. The designs they chose were very adorable. I heard that they would wear it during the Lab session, so to all, you’ll get to see them during the Lab class. Anyway, THERE IS ARTBOX IN CHINA! My FAVOURITE STATIONARY STORE IN SINGAPORE! I was rather in a ‘high’ mode when I saw the shop. I thought I am having hallucination, but it proved me wrong when I saw the exact pencil box I had in Singapore.
I’m super happy to see that we get to see ARTBOX my favourite bookshop in Si Men Kou. I bought some stuffs and I’ll get ready to use them in Singapore.

My dinner for today ends with Spicy Rice Cake. Yummy! But I prefer Korea’s version of Spicy Rice Cake. IN china, their Spicy rice cake is very sweet with traces of spiciness in each rice cake, while the spicy rice cake. The one shot hotness into my taste bud, and which its taste lingers in my mouth for at least 2 whole hours. Yummy.

The Delicious Curry Rice

Day 25
IT’S YAMAO AGAIN!
It had been 19 days since we left our traces there. Shopping in Yamao is wonderful. I did not intend to shop RMB 200 until when I reached the bookshop. I bought a grand total of RMB190 (at least) of 7 books. Gosh. I wonder how I bring it back to Singapore.

So we went there to hunt presents for Kuanwee and Jianwen. The REB girls shopped a T-shirt for Jianwen, as for Kuanwee, I’m not sure. I was not paying much attention to their shopping as I am really tired. We went into shops after shops like day 6.

As for dinner, we went to the food court in Yamao Centre after me complaining of being hungry for the 2 whole hours. We were surprised to meet the CEE guys in the food court too since we did not expect to meet them there. The food on displays seems to be very nice and I ordered curry chicken rice. The taste is average and miraculously it is not very salty. Since I am really hungry, I managed to gobble up the big bowl of curry chicken rice.
Tired as always, signed off.

Present for Eileen: Winnie Winnie the Pooh Bear

Day 24

Lesson start at 2:15pm for our IS module. It is pretty fun and pretty knowledgeable lesson again with Ms Edith. She continues to introduce to us more about Hubei China. For example, the humidity in hubei is rather high as she is surrounded with lakes and rivers. She also cautioned us that when we go for the Wudang’s trip, we should:

· Not touch the gifts or products they selling if we are not interested to buy it. We can ask about the price and everything until we decided to buy it.
· Bring along windbreaker as in wudang, their temperature and weather is always changing.
· Buy handcrafted goods that are made up of straws. I heard that they are beautiful. Oh well, we still have a few more days to go.

Some interesting things to note about the differences between Singapore and china:
· The locals in wuhan pronounce 拿(na) as夺(duo)
· 去(qu) as 克 (ke)

We went shopping in the shopping centre behind our school after class. I spend about RMB120. Baohui, Carmen and I went to hunt for Eileen‘s birthday present. We bought her Winnie the Pooh cushion, mirror and label tag. We hoped she like it. Carmen saw a bag cost RMB200. I advise her not to buy it now because the price is rather steep.

We met Xiujin and they all when we shopping half-way. We looked cautioned whether we can see Eileen around. Thank goodness she is accompanying Lizhen to massage.
Baohui, Carmen, Yankhee and I went to Macdonald for dinner. The server still automatically upsized our meal.

There are 2 more weeks in Wuhan. We are going to Yamao tomorrow.

Day 23

Test is finally over. My next test will be in Singapore when school reopens. We are supposed to go for shopping after test. Thanks to the instalment of some metal bar in the toilet, we all have to go back to hostel by 3pm.

As we did not know that the floor must be dried when installing, we cleaned the toilet floor for the first time from so many weeks ago. Before the person came to our apartment again, I went to 2nd floor to borrow the hair dryer from CEE and run up to clean it with toilet paper. It is a total waste of toilet paper.

And so, we went to Carrefour to buy some necessities and ate the food in Orchard Fang (乌节坊). Sound familiar right? They sell food delicacies that are available in Singapore like Hainanese chicken rice. I ordered char siew rice but the char siew don’t taste like char siew, however, the rice and the vegetable are still edible. I miss Singapore’s food.

I missed hokkien mee.

Day 22:
My 1st visit in WIT Library

I did almost nothing except studying, obviously. The weather seems to be fine today but became very cold when you sat in the library. In conclusion for the 5 minutes short tour in library is, WIT library is huge. It has 5 floors but thrice the size of our Ngee Ann library.
The library is very different from Singapore as:
· In Singapore, we can’t reserve seats but in china, not only you get to reserve seats, you get to reserve your share of the table by some sheets newspaper or books.
· In Singapore, we discuss in library. In china, they don’t and they keep to themselves.
· In Singapore we enjoy air-conditioned place to cool ourselves. In china, even the slightest wind blow near you will cool yourself up.
I met Jackboon and Jinrong when I am studying. It is interesting to see 2 good friends studying in 2 different ways.

Test is coming really soon and I need to really concentrate on studying PJM.

The Toilet in the Musemum. It's a bless for Singaporean to find clean toilet easily.
The other scrupture.

The concert

The Builidings in Musemum

Today is not the best day for me, I guess.
The museum trip started off with a bad note after I remembered my forgotten lecture notes in the bus. So, I tried to be as swiftly as possible, I board on the bus again and take it. The bus driver seems to neglect my existence and decided to drive to the side then I was going down. He drove to the side brutally to show his annoyance to my action. I thanked him repeatedly to cool him down since I am very afraid that he won’t let me joined back my class. When I almost got off the bus, the door closes quickly and the door hit on my knee. It is very painful and causes me blue black now.

Later, Ms Edith explained us about some of the history in wuhan. The roof designed in wuhan is rather special as it is straight cut roofing instead of normal curling style of roof in the olden days. I heard that it used to prevent rain water from collecting as wuhan have a adversely changing weather.

We got to listen to the orchestra concert for about 20 minutes. The smoothing and crisp sound from the old instruments is wonderful and made me feel like listening more. The MC spoke really well English and she is really very beautiful. Her classic smile, I guess, would melt all the guys in the room.

The rest of the part is rather boring as we do not have tour guide to explain about the antiques and historical findings to us.

♥alicia signed off:D

The weather is terribly cold today.

I didn’t manage to wake up at 12 am to celebrate Xiujin’s birthday. Sorry about that, Xiujin.
As what I have heard after I was awake, I have a horrible temper when Baohui is trying to wake me up. (This isn’t my fault. I was only unconscious. I would not do be rude if I am awake :D)
But anyway, we went to Golden Hans for Xiujin’s birthday finally. The buffet is really great. The waiters and waitresses served us meat while the rest such as sushi is self-serviced. I get to taste cow’s tongue for the very first time in my life. I ate a very small portion of it. The look of cow tongue is totally disgusting but it taste like pork meat though. Perhaps the cows have exactly same taste bud as the pig, which may explain why they tasted the same?
Back to topic, the food is delicious. The other focus of today’s celebration is (drum roll please) Lizhen’s sweet voice is sung for us all.

Yes, she sang us 中国话 (Chinese Language) which is sung by her idol, S.H.E for us with another china stranger come from another group of people who sat beside us. It was fun and we get really high. I didn’t manage to take the picture, all are very blurred. We also get to play some games with them.

Yawns. Today ends with a good note. But nevertheless, Happy 18th birthday Xiujin!

Day 19: Guilty

Everyone is studying except me. Gosh. I’m still slacking around.

In this surprisingly good weather, studying is the last thing I would do; no matter I am in Singapore or in China. There are just so much things to do during this good weather. I can fly a kite, jumping or have a marathon or do some exercise.

Sadly, I don’t seem to have a choice. I need to concentrate hard for this test.

But oh well, I heard that we going to celebrate Xiujin’s birthday in the middle of the night. 12 am sharp. I pray my tiredness will fade away by then.

More sceneries.

Day 18
I’m on a very tight schedule today.

· Sight-seeing Cherry blossom in Wuhan University
· Si-men-kou
· Mo-shan 磨山

Give us a great hurray for us to have sight-seeing with the beautiful cherry blossoms! YAY!
We left the school as early as 8:30 am to Wuhan University. I fall asleep in the bus due to my tiredness.

Sakura is really beautiful. But it is extremely gorgeous when I get to see them real, not in the flat screen. White and pink cherry blossoms are very common around in Wuhan University. It is just such a waste that Singapore does not have the best weather and temperature for the cherry blossom to survive.

We went to Si-men-kou, hu-bu-xiang (司门口,户部巷) the food paradise. I tried the bing dang hu lu (sweets) for the first time in my life. I think the fruits is soaked and dried up with honey. The taste did not meet my expectation as I thought that it should be a lot sweeter and juicer. We tried other delicacies that are not available in Singapore:
· Dan Pi Juan (egg skin roll)
· Ice mango pudding
· Rice cake in wuhan style
· Grilled scallop and oyster
· Fried banana in wuhan-style

They tasted delicious, especially Dan Pi Juan. They tasted exceptionally heavenly. By pan frying the mixture of rice and thin skin of egg on the surprisingly huge pan, the rice tasted crispier and texture is so much better than plain rice.
We went to Mo shan for sight-seeing afterwards. We climbed the stairs to take the beautiful sceneries of Mo shan.

We go for the boat to sail around the river in Mo shan. One boat rental fee is RMB50. Upon considering their standard of life, it is rather an expensive leisure recreation. Baohui, Carmen, Kuanwee, Weiyang and I shared the same boat since neither the girls have any experience in driving nor the confidence to sail the boat. Weiyang start to sail the boat first before the driver changed to baohui. When baohui’s manipulating the driving pan, we saw one ‘naked’ man in the river. We all were shocked. Later we found out that he is just swimming in the river. Phew, he made us all flooding the boat with our cold perspiration. But I’m really impressed that he is able to swim in such freezing water. We played water with the other boat of people, Xiujin, Yankee, Teckchuan, Kiafu and Jianwen. Both team did not lost to them despite our side got soaked wet the most. My pants are half wet. The most soaked wet is baohui, she is soaking wet from her hair all the way to her jeans.

The bus stopped at Carrefour for our dinner. Initially, all of us decided to eat the Golden Hans for buffet, however, we need to wait for 2 hours, so we forsake this idea and eventually we split up and go for our dinner.
Here comes my Buffet!
It cost about RMB48 per person. We ordered a lot of food. Some of the food I liked best is their bacon egg and their fruits. Their fruits are so sweet and juicy!!
We came back to our hostel before 7pm. I guessed we are the earliest ones.

Day 17
I am able to wash my hair FINALLY. When you get your head to feel terribly oily of whole three days, you will feel that you are blessed to wash hair everyday in Singapore. I can concentrate in class, hardly.

Year 1 Semester 2 results out. Good news and bad news. Good thing is I reached what my expectation. Bad news is my GPA did not improve, well, I do hope to improve my GPA after so much hard work I put in for this semester.

Our lecturer is late today. She forgot we have lesson.
Class continue to be interesting as we get to know more about China’s culture. We talked about colours and lucky numbers. Then, I thought of the prices in the restaurant. They are mostly tagged with 8, example a steak cost RMB28.

Also, she recommended us to go to Tang Xun Lake for eating seafood. She said that the restaurants in Tang Xun Lake is the best. I think we will be going there soon to try them mouth-watering seafood.

Life couldn’t be as boring as I feel now afterI know my results.

Day 16
Just one more day my exams results will be out. If I say I’m not nervous and anxious about it, I’m just faking it.

Mood swings taken over my body and soul for today. I have no mood to talk to anyone. I just want to keep myself in my own la la land.

Only the bird could interest me for that short moment before I left the shopping centre near WIT. Its colour is blue and black. It also has a long tail, which is very different from those birds that stayed in Singapore.

I hope I can at least maintain my results for this semester.

MY dinner

辣子鸡 (SPICY HOT CHICKEN)

Day 15

It’s 2nd day of not washing hair and counting down 1 more day to wash my hair and receive my results.

It is not as bad as I thought since I get to wake up later since I am not going to bathe in the morning as usual. I had my lesson in the classroom at 7th storey again for Project Management. 2 tutorials for this lecture again. PM Test date is finalized.

Project Management Test is at 24th March 09 for topic 1 to 5.

I think I am going to struggle through the test. It is pretty predictable for me to be put to sleep due to the exceptionally cool and wondrous weather in Wuhan is going to put me to sleep while I am studying.

Later part of the day starts when Baohui, Carmen and I went Carrefour to search for Eileen’s birthday present. We went to Ajisen for lunch is quite a good choice. I ordered Soft Bone Pork Ramen and Marble Soft drink. Marble Soft Drink is the best drink complementing with Japanese food ever. Anyway, I ended up buying gifts for my relatives, Baohui bought for her friends while my dear Carmen is still on side track, bought her own stuff. We met the REB girls when we are half-way shopping.

Go back to our apartment before 7. We ate the spicy hot chicken and start our tutorials, boring.

Life could not get borer when I know I need to finish my assignment and start to revise for test.

It's been a while for me to see lines on the road.

Day 14: I felt a bit scammed.

We had our IS today. Our lecturer for China Culture, Ms Edith Shi, is humorous. She kept asking questions in a rather high tone.
She brought us to a shopping centre, Hua Luo Li Shopping Mall, which is 1 street away from WIT. It is just like another Bugis street. They have many stores in it but are all separated by concrete walls and fully air-conditioned. I wondered if the coolness in the mall is from the wind or the machine.
So, Baohui, Carmen and I do our first haircut in China. I wasn’t persuaded by the hairdresser no. 24 to do my hair initially. However after several persuasions for 30 minutes and after I kept saying “Let me think first,” I accepted his offer after I heard that Carmen and Baohui are doing the treatment.
I wasn’t that thrill about temporary straightening (which later I find out it is a permanent straightening treatmen) my hair because it is very expensive, costing about RMB 288. I asked a lot of questions about the treatment. The hairdresser exchanged with hairdresser no.36 for straightening my hair. (I think the salon named their entire hairdressers with numbers)
Unhappiness is all written on my face when many strokes of my hair get to be twisted and turned hair with the aluminum foil. ‘My eyebrows are in Pain, my nervous system is in pain, and my hair is in pain’ my unstoppable complains showed out silently when I need to walk up and down the stairs for washing hair for 3 times. I was about to cry when Hairdresser no.36 take out the aluminum foil after heating them. It is just too much pain to bear.
The worst part of the day came when I heard that I can’t wash my hair for 3 days, I exclaimed in the washing section of the salon. How can I not washing my hair for 3 days? I can’t even stand not to wash my hair in cruise for 1 day, 3 days?!
I’m not going to survive through this.

Day 13
I’m have really lost track of time. I napped for 9 hours straight. I have no idea why I’m so tired. At about 8pm, Baohui wake me up for dinner. Thanks Mr Wee and Carmen for helping us to buy the soup and fried rice. They tasted the best food I ate so far. Thanks a lot.

The different Ajisen we had in Singapore...

Day 12
In the late morning, Xiao Wah, Baohui and I cleaned up the apartment. I did not do much except for the wiping part since they are housework expert.
As usual, Baohui, Carmen and I would buy ourselves lunch. After we bought our burger at the usual burger store, Baohui felt unwell and almost fainted. We decided to rest in one of the eatery and I bought Yangzhou fried rice. I didn’t enjoy the food as much as I usually did because I was rather full after drinking soya bean milk.

I found that I’m quite talkative when I on my way to throw our bag of rubbish to the ground floor. Carmen and I kept talking for almost 2 hours (I am the one who do the talking most). I just laughed it off when our friends who happened passed by would ask us why we both standing outside and talking.

We went out for dinner at 6 plus 7 and went to Carrefour to buy some stuff. We bought honey and lemon again, since it worked well for our sore throat, bun for breakfast. I fell down once in Carrefour. Thank goodness, my un-glamourous act is in wuhan not in Singapore.
As for dinner, we ate at Ajisen. The restaurant restricted us taking of photographs, oh-well, I took the photo sneakily. Their sushi and float have the equal standard as what we had in Singapore, so there wasn’t much surprise when I tasted them.

Da Jia Jie (Street)
ay 11
Carmen is well again!! We are able to go Hankou Shopping Mall! We had a rather unpleasant morning but oh well, it is just due to some misunderstanding and communication breakdown.
Anyway, we still headed for Hankou and grab our lunch. I ordered crabby porridge cost about RMB 22. The porridge is delicious and reminds me of home. It tasted like my mum’s cooking. I could finish them all even though it is about 2 servings.

We went to shopping afterwards and lost the REB girls. Baohui, Carmen and I decided to shop our own and I bought a tee shirt in the mall and a belt from METERBROWE. I love it and I hoped that I can wear them often in Singapore. The Portuguese tart tasted heavenly. I thought Portuguese egg tart tasted the best in KFC, but it proved me wrong. I’ll buy more if I have a chance to go to Hankou again.

At around 3pm, we met up with the rest and left Hankou and walked to Da Jia Jie. I heard that we walked 5km for 2 hours. It is the longest and furthest walk I had in my 18 years of life. The street is pretty old and sells things like a larger scale of Singapore’s wet market. The road is filled with cracks and often I would be almost to be in state where I almost fell down.
We walked and reach to Shimao centre. It brings a huge contrast between Da Jia Jie since one looked luxurious, while the other looked lowdown. Even their toilets are so much cleaner than the rest about the ones like Paragon.

We ate Macdonald for our dinner and obviously, I think Macdonald in China is better than Singapore.

Day 10
10th day in Wuhan is a very boring day. No picture uploaded.
Today Carmen is sick. She went over to our apartment during evening. Baohui prepared her cup noodles for dinner and I poured some warm water. I took my blanket and my pillow for her to rest before Baohui and I went out for dinner with Teck Chiong, Weiyang and Guanwee. We ate our dinner at the roadside.
Night in Wuhan is freezing cold. Sometimes I just wonder how the local survive in this cold weather.

Day 9

I thought the famous phrase “raining cats and dogs” is just a phrase for show, but after today, it’s time for me to revise my life experience. We walked through the rain for IS today. Carmen tripped and fell and almost gives me a heart attack.

The first IS lesson is about China Economics, which is basically divided into 4 regions e.g. East economic region where the powerful coastal economic developed. Their VAT (Value-added Tax), which in Singapore term means Government Service Tax, has been increasing from 17% to 25%. Our lecturer, Mr Andy, showed us the statistics about the about the GDP growth in China. Mr Wee and Mr Andy told us explained about the drop of GDP growth and reasons about why there was a large increase of withdrawal of investment during 1088 to 1992. The GDP structure from 1990 to 2003 is mainly contributed from secondary industry. He also told us about the challenges of economics in china:
· Capital accumulation will remain the important source for economic growth and flow of integration capital will make saving rate and investment rate more uncertain
· Provide better economic conditions to economic growth however it increases the uncertainty development in the future.
· More progress causes tough for reform with become less effective in improving the relocative efficiency of resource
· The progress in industrialization and urbanization will drive domestic demands to grow, the cost for economic growth will rise
· The changes mode of economic growth will improve the effectiveness in resource utilization, shortage in strategic resource
· Aging problem
· Pressure on employment: new labour forces, labour forces transformation
· Limitation of public resource such as basic education, public health and social security
Talking about economics, I thought I would be able to escape from this frightening module forever after the exams, but no! Reality showed me that I am not able to escape from this agony. All the theory of economics just popped out in my mind.

My later part of the day starts when Baohui, Carmen and I sneakily went to Guangyu Centre to buy Xiujin’s birthday present. We went to the largest Pizza Hut restaurant in the world. We ordered 1 pan of 10 inch Hawaii pizza, 3 bowls of clam chowder soup and 1 basket of garlic bread and some warm water. The garlic bread and Hawaii pizza tasted great but not as good as the ones in Singapore (which what I think), but their soup is delicious. The bread tasted like croissant and the soup has a rather thick texture. Yummy! I hoped this soup is available in Singapore.

So, after searching for HELLO KITTY in the mall for 2-3 hours, we bought her a watch and camera pouch. I hoped she like our presents. We went to Carrefour and bought honey and lemon since we have our sore throat. Honey and lemon are very expensive in China. We bought a very small bottle of honey at RMB16 and 3 lemons at RMB7.

Interesting Brief History about China at the back of XXJ's.

The Badminton Match

Day 8
My first overslept and I’m late for class in Wuhan.
It’s very common to see me late for 8:00 am class but it is rare to see me late for 10am class in Singapore.

All I could remember is I snoozed the alarm once and left it aside. Thanks to my laziness, my mobile phone is so dead now. But I’m still able to make my way to Xiujin-Bernice’s apartment for breakfast. Phew.

We are late for class as we were waiting for Yan kee. I heard that she is still feeling very unwell this morning. I hoped she is alright now.
As lesson ends early today, we walked further down the streets together with the CEE boys and REB girls. Most of them bought RAMILY burger-similar, which I dislike the filling. They tasted too salty!! I bought sausages from other stall opposite. I’m very disappointed with the taste. They are also too salty and the tang of curry flavor turned me off almost completely.
On our way back to hostel, I bought rice in bamboo since I always like food that is made of glutinous rice. The selling opened the bamboo and covered it with sugar after inserting the stick. It tasted better than the sausages.

We reached our hostel at 3pm. Before Baohui, Carmen and I able to start our assignment, Kiafu and Xiujin came up and tell us that they changed their plan and decided to start their badminton match now. We went to the badminton court after a short while.
Tiyong started the game with Kiafu first. The match is average. After Tiyong played several matches with our fish-eater king, Jianwen, Kiafu then told us that he is the 2nd best badminton player during the competition in Ngee Ann. I’m super impressed since I can’t handle sports well. Then Xiujin played with Jianwen. She played really well. When she rest and Jianwen continued to play with Tiyong, we started to give names for the CEE guys:
· Jianwen: Fish-eater king and badminton king
· Ti yong: Bullshit king
· Jiafu: Maggie King (he called the deliveryman before he got this nickname)
