The Basement Carpark
We went to visit the real estate near WIT. The housing estate design looked like those in Hougang and Sengakang in Singapore. The sceneries in the real estate is really beautiful and its designs are pretty practical and their balcony design is in traversal.
Their basement carpark, as I heard from Mr wee, are better that what we had in Singapore. Their ventilation ducts are all fire-rated. Normally in Singapore, we do not have fire-rated ventilation ducts installed in the carpark. Their sprinklers are white in colour. They also have door that is fire-proof and explosion resistance. Not all the lights are switched on in the carpark, as I heard from Mr Wee, it is for energy conservative purposes.
We went into one of the rooms in the condo, their toilet installation is rather special from what we have in Singapore. The toilet floor is 300 mm lower than the height of the floor of the rest of the room. This is to fix in the sanitary traps.
Later on, we all went to Hua Luo Li Shopping Mall again for some shopping and take Jianwen and Kuanwee’s birthday cake.
As for the April’s fool joke of the year, Lizhen, Bernice, Yan Khee, Baohui, Carmen and I started to act out a quarrel about cake. It is a very lousy act since I kept laughing throughout. I think almost everyone figured out that our quarrel is an April Fool joke even though we kept denying it. But anyway, we can award Bernice for the best acting award since she can withstand us all from laughing.
We are sorry for causing so much inconvenience.

Happy April’s Fools!
Baohui fooled me that today’s outing is cancelled. What a fool am I, I got tricked too easily.
So, we had our outing today. I thought it was a very boring trip since it is about looking at the real estate in china. But it proved me wrong after I realise this outing is really interesting.
